PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped either from Germany (EU) or Bali (Indonesia), depending on the destination country.
GERMANY
Free shipping on orders over €100.
For orders below €100, a flat rate of €4.99 applies.
Delivery time: 1–4 business days
EUROPE
A flat rate of €12.99 applies.
Delivery time: 3–8 business days
INDONESIA
Free shipping on all orders within Indonesia.
Delivery within Bali is available on the same day (for areas covered by Gojek or Grab), once the order has been processed.
Outside Bali or outside Gojek/Grab service areas, delivery times depend on the local courier provider.
USA
A flat rate of $34.99 applies.
Delivery time: 5-8 business days
AUSTRALIA
A flat rate of AUD39.99 applies.
Delivery time: 5-10 business days
REST OF THE WORLD
Asia (excluding Indonesia) – Shipping fee: €19.99 (5–15 working days delivery time)
South America – Shipping fee: €39.99 (7–10 working days delivery time)
Africa – Shipping fee: €39.99 (7–10 working days delivery time)
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
For all deliveries outside the European Union and Indonesia, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.
Customs processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and customs costs will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDERS
We ship worldwide with DHL.
Within Indonesia, we use local delivery providers.
A tracking number is provided for every shipment.
RETURNS
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your item.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties and handling fees are also the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Before sending your item back, please email us with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
We will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.
We would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for your return (optional).
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- in the original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale"
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning the product. We will provide further instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
DELIVERY ISSUES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and customs costs will be deducted from the refund.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details and is returned to us, the associated shipping and customs costs will be deducted from the refund.
If a package is disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities, no refund or replacement can be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the order must be returned following our return policy.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please email us first.
We will check availability and guide you through the next steps.
In most cases, this means placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original product according to our return policy.
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us before returning it.
