Palm Rhythm — Born From a Feeling We Couldn't Put Into Words
Share
There are ideas you can sketch. And there are feelings you can only point at and say — that. Exactly that.
Palm Rhythm started as the second kind.
We'd been thinking about this collection for a long time. Not the shapes or the colorways — just the feeling. That calm, sun-soaked, ocean kind of energy. The kind you carry home from a surf trip and can't quite explain to someone who wasn't there.
We knew what it felt like. We just needed someone who could see it.
The hardest part of building something honest is translating a feeling into something real. Into something you can actually hold, wear, move in.
Words mostly failed us. But somehow Celine from Wakandelsol understood anyway.
We still remember the first conversations about this print — sending ideas back and forth, circling around that one feeling neither of us could really name. She sees things differently. Shapes, rhythm, movement — the way patterns exist in nature, not just on paper.
When she came back with the first version of the print, we both knew immediately: this is it.
That moment of recognition — when something you've been carrying inside finally appears in front of you — that's rare. And it's not something you take for granted.
Turning it into pieces you can actually surf, swim, and move in — that's where our worlds met.
A print is one thing. Functional surfwear is another. The cut, the construction, the way the fabric holds after a duck dive — those are entirely different conversations. Palm Rhythm is where both came together.
The Oceansuit. The V Neck Top. The Rise Leg Bottom.
Palm Rhythm, Sage Green and Black.
Each piece carries the print differently. Each one was tested in real water, designed to stay in place, built to move with you.
This isn't just a collection — it's a collaboration. Celine's creativity and our vision, translated into something you can actually wear in the ocean.
This one feels personal. Because it is.
Not just a print. Not just a drop. Palm Rhythm is a mix of two different ways of seeing the world — brought together by a shared love of the ocean and a feeling neither of us could put into words at first.
We're so excited to finally share it with you.
