Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist.

Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips.

Pay special attention to your waist measurement – our WaveHold™ Band is designed to stay exactly where it belongs. Between two sizes? Choose the smaller one for a tighter hold, the larger for a looser fit.
