Shipping and Returns
GERMANY
We offer free shipping for orders over 100€. For orders under 100€ there is a flat rate of 4.99€ .
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 2-4 business days. Delivery is expected within
1-4 business days .
EUROPE
We offer free shipping for orders over €150. For orders under €150 there is a flat rate of €9.99.
We ship from the EU, so there are no import duties for countries within the European Union. Please note that import duties and taxes apply for countries outside the EU and these are not included in the costs.

AUSTRALIA
We offer free shipping for orders over AUD$250. For orders under AUD$250 there is a flat rate of AUD$24.99.

We aim to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. Delivery is expected within 10-18 business days .
The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. If you have not found your country, please contact us and we will try to ship to your country.
SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER
We send our packages with DHL. Outside of Germany, DHL works with local shipping service providers. For all shipments, we provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to return them. We ask that you pay for the return yourself and therefore also cover the shipping costs. The costs for returns from non-EU countries, including customs and processing fees, are also your responsibility. Please choose a shipping service with tracking, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the package.
Please send us an email containing the following:
- your name
- your order number
- list of items you want to return
- tracking number and name of the shipping service provider
We would be grateful if you would let us know the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- gift voucher
- sale items
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the refund is approved or declined. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account. If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, email us.
DELIVERY ERRORS/RETURNS TO SENDER/LOST PACKAGE
If a package cannot be delivered to the specified shipping address due to an incorrect delivery address or phone number, it will be held at the carrier's local distribution center for 30 days. After that, it will either be returned to the sender (AFATO) at your expense or disposed of according to the carrier's rules. The cost of a return includes shipping and customs fees. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
If your package is disposed of, you are not entitled to a replacement or a refund for your order.
For international customers, if you refuse to accept your package, it will be returned to the sender (AFATO) at your expense. The cost includes shipping and customs fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
After the return, the package will be held at customs for 30 days and then disposed of. If your package is disposed of, you will not be entitled to a replacement or a refund for your order.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange a product or you prefer another item, please follow the steps under "Returns" (see above) and simply reorder your desired item in our online shop. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us and we will inform you about the next steps.
