Shipping and Returns
We ship within Germany for €4.99.
We ship within the EU to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malte, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary
The shipping costs depend on the weight. Depending on how heavy the package is, we either ship for €9.99 (up to 1kg) or €13.99 (from 1kg).
The shipping costs will be shown to you during checkout. If you didn't find your country in the list above, feel free to contact us and we will try to ship to your country too.
SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER
We send our packages with DHL. Outside of Germany, DHL works with local shipping service providers. For all shipments we provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery.
DELIVERY TIME FOR SURFWEAR
To ensure that you receive your new surf clothing as quickly as possible, we will ship within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on the respective country and shipping service provider. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for a specific delivery date. Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days.
DELIVERY TIME FOR LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS
Our lifestyle products (T-shirts, bags, etc.) are custom printed once your order is received. This process typically takes 1-4 business days. We then promptly dispatch your order. As with surf clothing, delivery times depend on your country and the shipping provider, so we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date. Within Germany, shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the opportunity to return it 14 days after receiving the goods. We ask you to take care of the return yourself and therefore also cover the shipping costs. Please choose a shipping service with tracking, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the package.
Please send us an email that includes the following:
- your name
- your order number
- list of items you would like to return
- tracking number and name of the shipping service provider
We would be pleased if you would let us know the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- gift card
REFUNDS
When we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method after a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account. If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, write us an email.
SALE ITEM
A refund can only be given for regular priced items, sale items are not eligible for refund.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange a product or you like another item better, please follow the steps in the “Returns” section (see above) and simply order your desired item again in our online shop. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us and we will inform you about the next steps.
